(Re) Chic

Hello! Thank you to everyone who helped us move last weekend, I'm still exhausted but I have new photos to show you of our house!   Our new light in the living room...no longer a boob! It's so bright and its amazing He is quicker at painting...but a lot messier than I am.  We've moved in!  Yes this is literally my life right now.  *sigh* Lucie and Lily have not officially been introduced but the smell and |quick site of each other walking through has been enough! 

That's right folks!  Our dreams have come true!  We closed on our house and got the keys to our new place Friday!  Can you believe it?!  I've been a homeowner for nearly 4 days! Well let me tell you a secret about home-ownership that no one tells you...its EXHAUSTING! We decided we were only going to paint 3 rooms....which has now turned into 3 rooms, a hallway and an entryway and its exhausting.  But why am I still talking here's what you really want...the photos! Kitchen Bathroom (textured AND yellow) Master Bedroom  Dining Room-the other wall Living Room-with faux fireplace Upstairs bedroom #1 Upstairs Bedroom #2 (Brutus is awesome, lack of closet is not)  Upstairs bathroom Upstairs Bedroom #3 We're planning on painting the downstairs bathroom, the living room and dining room.  And eventually we'll need to put flooring down in upstairs bedrooms #2 & #3 but since no one is currently...

We put an offer on a house and it was accepted!   So please send good vibes our way that the inspection this week goes great!  The last time we thought we were going to buy a house we got the inspection back...it was terrifying (think roof AND plumbing problems) so we lost our earnest money because we backed out.   So send good vibes this one turns out to be the ONE!!! Especially cause it includes a basement AND a shed to work in ;)
