I know I haven't really written about any of these movies that I've been watching but today this one really struck me, so I thought I'd share. Today's selection: The Treasure of the Sierra Madre starring Humphrey Bogart. While this movie isn't really the greatest for current movie watchers because there are no explosions or anything typically considered "exciting" this movie really struck me. Humphrey Bogart is the villain...you read that right, the villain. He's so good in this movie you literally forget that he is who he is and I think that's when you truly see the mark of a great actor. When they cease to be them-self in a role. So if you're tired of those run-of-the-mill classic Bogart movies...check out this film.
